Miria's situation is unconfortable and I guess it's making people remember MC's building a SLAVE harem. I think we spent so much time with MC being lovey dovey with Roxanne that a new one brings back this akwardness, go back to see Roxanne's first night with MC and how he was bossy (to a sex slave) and how shy she is shown at first. Miria's language barrier makes everything even wierder obviously.

And thinking this is akward is a good thing, you better not think "would be nice to buy a sex slave" , unless you get isekai'd, then go for it

I feel the story, world building, dungeon diving and system stuff was all decent until the dwarf girl and her story..

Then the pacing was very slow with the story going into too much technical stuff and random math.. and now it feels as if they are forcing the new slave and sex scenes in as it had been so dry

Yeah, that's slavery, it's fucked up. Historically speaking, slaves were not people, they're property. However, given that the series is a power fantasy it doesn't address the more messed up parts of slavery. The next slave Vesta, through her words gives unintentional testimony of how seriously bad slaves are usually treated in this worldand reinforced by Roxanne having to assure her, but the series hasn't really gone into it because it would kinda ruin the fantasy part.

Isekai Meikyuu de Harem Wo isnt a masterpiece story, but Roxanne as a character is a masterpiece, imho.

I know I'm reading this series wrong but I do enjoy the dungeon diving elements. What grinds my gears is Michio isn't near as aggressive as he should be regarding equipment.

I 'like' this and previous chapter, because way too often when the slavery is introduced in the Isekai, it's either glossed over or the girls plays along like it's nothing. So yeah, the fact that Miria isn't exactly thrilled about the whole situation and the people feeling uncomfortable is good reminder how messed up the whole thing actually is.

That might or might not stop him in the end, but the fact is that Roxanne decided to press her on his behalf rather than defuse the situation more gently, when the wheel was in her hands.
