Well, Duke's Daughter strips almost all of the 'otome game' parts, while bringing in alot of politics (which is good) and territory management (which is great). It was bound to stand above the rest, so comparison between them is a bit unfair. Bakarina became a bit bogged down in her over-harem, yes. Still, it gives a nice feeling from time to time (like the parts with Heroine and their budding friendship).
Bertia shows a pretty simple otoge-reincarnation plot, but shifts it around by making capture target be the protagonist. It's a nice change of direction, with people other then reincarnators doing some of the plot-shuffling, and letting Bertia and Heroine just be two dumb cute girls doing stuff of variable cuteness (and stupidity).
I don't think it had a manga-adaptation yet, but Yandere Otome WN/LN was really good too, despite the title. It had both heartfelt moments, interesting thoughts and some pretty scary stuff... And, best of all, that novel's MC never got as dumb as many,
many other otoge reincarnators. Would heartely recomend it to anyone not averse to reading actual novels.
