I hated reading this so much... And now I am scared it's actually going to happen.

If it makes it better I have an older prediction I think is eventually more likely, based on observing similarities to Maison Ikkoku: Umi gets her into what seems like an ultimate compromising position.

Mitaka takes Kyouko on a short trip for dinner at a hotel with a view (and iirc brags to Godai about doing so, but in a way he can't warn Kyouko), then admits he booked a room for the night. She seems torn, but makes him take her back and they don't get back until early in the morning.

Simpzuya agonizes about it. (Although in this one, I imagine first he'll fap to it then someone will have to keep him from literally killing himself).
Chizuru chides him for not having faith in her, and their relationship sorta solidifies.

If so, another possible treat to look forward to:
After a long absence, Ruka gets in touch with Simpzuya. He agonizes over telling her he can't be her boyfriend any more, even though he's been treating her like dirt this whole time. He's relieved when she apologizes for not being his girlfriend any more because now she's with the first Mega-Loser who rented her, whose job was to make Simpzuya look better by contrast.

First i see kazuya inner monologue still as pathetic as ever and suddenly he seems very reliable guy like during his peak arc (the one where he do movie screening for grandma sayori)

Kazuya really only a perv when he's thinking of Chizuru. The only thing close to this was when Mami wrecked him. With the other girls he interacts with (after a little initial minor weirdness) he's OK.

Basically how to read this manga is :
1. Ignore Kazuya Inner Monologue, It's meaningless just skip it and continue where his inner monologue end..
2. Enjoy the art style..

Honestly the Author need to go therapy for writing Kazuya Degenerate Monologue.. Basically Kazuya is like the Author degenerate AF but talented..

"continue where his inner monolgue end" is kinda hard to pull off. Also might've included a warning that reading properly in this way might mean skipping quite a lot of chapters xD

I have my own theory on how this is going to end and I hope I’m wrong. People keep forgetting about the guy on the motorbike. I bet he will do something that will make Kazuya have to defend Chorizo and he’ll end up severely injured. While being at his side she’ll realize she loves him and confess
