The MC,

Sure he isn't doing anything wrong (we'll just ignore the whole compensated dating/prostitution angle), and his current "girlfriend" is forcing him into dating her or something so that absolves him from treating her like crap I guess (why is she even a factor here?). Next he worships his ex who treated him like crap and now is seemingly mad he isn't more unhappy like some sort of sociopath. He also worships the girl who is milking him dry of his money and charges him to talk to her. She didn't this time, even if it was only because she needed a favor, progress though! They are hot though as he says, so okay I guess.

Honestly, the thing is, the guy is just some sort of insert for the author to express how hot the female characters are. He really is just one of those shallow, pervy, ogling background characters saying "omg she's so hot *drool* " but with more dialog. The MC just goes between being forced into things and having fantasies about the girls, over and over.

So true. This MC is so close to being a perfect guy who f**ks every girl he sees, but because he sneezed one time without covering his mouth he's a beta whoreless MC. Not sure what that is, but he's it. XD

Some possibilities here include not being the magazine release (sometimes even stuff running in shounen magazines can have less censored tankobons released for them), scanlator shenanigans of the "decensoring" variety, just some sort of coincidentally placed smudge or artifact from some point in the production process between the original and what came here, and a printing where due diligence on censoring was not quite as diligent as intented.

Those latter two seem most applicable here, since it was just one side for whatever reason. It'd be kinda weird at that angle to slap a nip on one side and not the other, and it doesn't look all there or something?
