I think Dragons human age is confusing, because of what Telne said to Ilulu, the human physical forms age of a dragon is based more on mental perception and development of the dragon then actual age, which is why Ilulu looks so young despite being the same age as Tohru.

Although Telne is also skilled enough to change her human form we don't see other dragons doing this.

Yes and no. Tohru is also actually 16 in human years from my understanding. And if its equivalent age, then their both still the equivalent to a 16 year old human. Either way, my point was that the double standards is always funny to me. When people talk about Shouta and Lucoa its usually framed as a joke, but here its taken seriously.

yeah the age stuff is so all over the place already thanks to the ancient species nature of the work, Lucoa as the only visual offender only gets away with her antics because the author is based has strong Oneeshota love.

Yeah. It makes this chapter feel weird. Cool acknowledges the age gap and mentions how he should wait while also having Lucoa all over Shouta. He even gave them a spinoff that's even lewder than this manga. Either both are ok or neither is.
