One of the best isekais by far. It's low rating just shows most people don't even understand why isekais are usually so bad. With an overpowered mc there are no stakes.

The concept is weird. No one has ever thought of healing people continuously, even if they have the ability to do so.
The characters are weird. They don't seem real. Amy seems the most real, and she's just a brat.
The drawings are well done, especially he fighting scenes. Otherwise it seems like a terrible concept, riding on the "isekai"-meme for views. Works wonders for the author!

Big spoiler, I read ahead to the end in novel
no waifus, at the end he goes back to Japan and becomes a nobody because "it's the real world". Aka the worst possible reason to return was used.

Yup, I just finished the web novel and its true. Huge spoiler below.

The ending is pretty trash to be honest. Tsutomu just go back home to Japan without telling other people in his clan except two people Garm and Amy. He did left them letters and inheritance to the clan members and some of the clan members leaves the clan with shock and do their own shit, while Garm become the clan leader managing the clan with other clan members that stay and trying to find a way on how to bring Tsutomu back in the world. The reason he choose to go back is apparently he can't see the isekai world as a reality due to its similarity to his favorite game Live Dungeon!. So he decide that to go back to the 'reality'(earth) once and then find a way to go back to Isekai so he can make a clear cut on his feelings on seeing Isekai as just a game world. Currently the series is still kinda ongoing with its sequel story on situation after Tsutomu go back to Japan. Mostly is about other people that were left in the isekai, Tsutomu training and trying to find a way to go back to the Isekai. Btw there are possibility on harem waifus but he just kick all of them due to his way of thinking on going back home so he doesn't make any deep connection between them. Its pretty dry

Even if they keep on healing, the healer accumulate hate from the monster and get rekt. The healer also need to touch the member that they need to heal so its a bad move during the dungeon battle since they can get hit if go nearby member that is fighting the monster. The healer development stopped because they can just revive from death in the god's dungeon. This is the reason why the healer is seen as a one use reviving tool. Later on Tsutomu will introduced the flying heal, hate control and still timing + etc stuff like party positioning onto other top clan. The story later on will get even more interesting since there will be more characters and skill development.

They have heal, medic, haste, protect, revive, barrier, holy wing and holy. +other skill unlocked after 100th dungeon.
The melee heal are just an assumption made by the current isekai healer, the true potential is the flying heal that Tsutomu used.

This is way better than it should be for its premise of "isekai-guy invents MMO tatics in generic fantasy video-game rpg." Gave it an 8/10 which is the rating of great series in Mangadex.

(the protag didn't discover MMO tatics, he learned it from our world. But those tatics were new in the other world, so that knowledge was an innovation, an invention that MC brought with him)

One of the better Isekai.
It’s got some interesting ideas and concepts for such a typical Isekai.
But the actual execution of the story isn’t that much better than other trash Isekai type mangas.

I’ll give it kudos for trying to be creative thus making it somewhat interesting from time to time, but overall it still hasn’t been able to dig itself out of the trashy Isekai narrative.
