The fact of how weak minded this protagonist is makes me really want to drop this.

If I have to guess, one of these guys (probably Steel, but Evil guy might be more fitting) will backstab the others so that he himself has more stones (2) and declare breaking off of alliance in attempt to win with 2:1:1 count.
Obviously MC will then win his raid, turning it into 2:2 count or even just crush that guy and win with 3:1.

@silverden How? The same way as when he let two weak human merchants come in to his city and led him by the nose. He isn't willing to kill, He was forced to kill to save his city
@jokerxhisoka the two humans were more experienced than him yet after calming down he ended up forcing them back and in the end he got what he wanted-a link to other cities. it was a battle of wills and minds not a battle of strength. next even if he's being forced to fight he still has to be willing to kill to win or else he could end up losing.
one last thing, wasnt his plan during the party fight prove he was willing to do anything to win?

He was a regular dude before all this. He hasn't had the need or compunction to kill yet. What, you think being able to kill freely and without restraint is normal? That's typically either something you have to train yourself to be alright with (normally due to circumstances where it's very likely you'll have to do so more than once), or because you're some level of sociopath and you don't see life as having any meaning except for your own.

It's not that he's weak-minded. It's that he's normal-minded. If he were trained for killing and combat and utter domination, then he would be running around killing people without blinking.
