Common ground like the numerous things they have in common or the mutual respect they have for each other?

The only big differences between them are how reserved Rihito is, how impulsive Noa is, and how sociable they are. Otherwise they do very much get along, as we’ve seen for 23 chapters now.
I agree with you actually, I was answering to the "opposites" in general, not in this particular manga.
As you said, they do have a lot of common ground. So I don't consider them "opposites". I'm not sure they're fully compatible though.

It looks so obvious that they will end up together yet somehow I am concerned they might not end up together based on how they both deflect... Is it just me?

that's what i'm saying tho?
if they don't feel sexually attracted to eachother there's literally 0 reason to date. Bad, terrible idea to get into that kind of commitment with someone you will absolutely clash with time and time again if there's no exchange of bodily fluids to smooth things out and get into a diplomatic mood.
Ummm no?!?!?!

It is very concerning that you are equivocating sexual and romantic relationships. There can definitely be a reason to date someone outside of sexual attraction. Asexual people can in fact date each other. (1) Even allosexuals (not asexual) could get the start of a relationship from just liking who they are and are romantically attracted to the crush's personality.

Also a good sexual relationship can't be bandaged over a romantic relationship problems. That diplomatic mood people need in fixing a relationship has to be reached naturally, otherwise people would use the sexual relationship to ignore any problems and would assume their romantic relationship is all good. I would guess that something like having a mutual friend mediate between their fight.

Huh?
I never said asexual romantic relationships can't work out, I just said they're too different in very fundamental ways and don't see how they could work those differences out in a romantic context. Sex is a nice way to smooth those out but it's not sine qua non.

As toxic as it may be, as long as Rihito tolerates it, she won't know the problem. Well, it looks like Rihito don't really have any problems with it, matter of fact he probably enjoys it to some degree

People are going “JUST FUCK ALREADY” as if we haven’t seen throughout the manga that Rihito is über-aroace
well, he seems so but we are talking about mangas and it's really rare to have a serious aroace character.

based on the comments here, they seem like they enjoy these situations for themselves, either they have sad lives with no friends or they are joking, hopefully the latter

Why people say she is menhera? Isn't menhera a slang or good way to say for autism people in japan? She's clinginy yes, I have a friend like that also but I don't think she is menhera.

I feel like one of them is going to blurt out something like "well we're basically a couple already" and they realize they're perfect for each other.
Nah ML literally already said that several chapters earlier but was then confused on why she got flustered afterwards. At this point at least, Rihito simply has no interest in sex/romance
