That message is more likely than not from an old friend of his. If you look at Chapter 1, during the flashback, you can see a boy with black hair next to Yutaka in both panels. Considering what we know of Yutaka, he is most likely sighing because he is uncomfortable navigating his new approach to life (being more open and expressive) with his old friends and is stuck between expressing his new self or regressing back to how he was with them to avoid an awkward situation.

As for vampire boy, I don't disagree with him. It is creepy that Yutaka would just switch gears like that immediately (the sfx also makes it seem he is hamming his response). Don't get me wrong, we all do it but simply because we all do it doesn't change what it is. He is being judgmental but that's kinda in his character so there's nothing new there. Also taking into consideration that Senga is incredibly straightforward and honest, seeing Yutaka fake a reaction would be viewed in a far worse light than if anyone else had seen him.

The heck? He eavesdropped MC in a call and has the gall to call him MC creepy? He in several chapters was a lot creepier, besides changing the way you talk with other people is normal. Even with people we like to be. Besides, it looked to me like he could be tired after the call, since even with people we are close to, sometimes it's exhausting depending on the subject we are speaking.

We at ETC think it's really funny how her horn often stabs out of the manga frames (our CLRD notice all this stuff, they have to), like on first page here where it stabs the 'VS' to death. Literally breaking the fourth wall!

Maybe is because I just can't give a shit anymore about dumb drama in anything, but the only thing I find meh about him is he is intense with the duality fuckboy/sadboy. Do really people still hate him for the misunderstanding they had 3 months ago? XD
