Ichinose's being pragmatic with the issue. Yukishiro doesn't need to get involved, she's already in a bad mindset after all. He's conversing with Agawa, who he knows is involved somehow. He knows that she's probably still communicating with Daidouji normally. So he asks her how he can contact her, so he can convince Daidouji to stop being manipulated by Hanabi!

I dunno if he'll succeed though. He's being quite intimidating, and is he blackmailing at the end there? He might be coming off as a bit too forceful.

How did the guy who just came out of a 13-year long mentally abusive relationship during which he was gaslit constantly (also he's like 17 so this is essentially his entire conscious life) become so socially savvy so quickly? Makes no fucking sense whatsoever. This story would've made more sense if it was like one of those reincarnation stories where some other guy suddenly occupied his mind and retained his memories.

Maybe there's a school rule against sharing other people's social media accounts with third parties without their express consent? It doesn't sound like it would be very effective since it's usually quite easy to find these things out just by googling, but it does make some level of sense. Like, if you want someone's account, ask them yourself, and if they don't give it to you, you probably shouldn't have it. It's like handing out other people's phone number against their will.
