This is why you think before you speak, kids.

Edit: The girl was kinda dumb, too. Just speak your mind properly.

But I guess that's expecting too much from a bunch of middle schoolers, anyway.

But then again... Thinking back, I'm not exactly one to lecture people on communication skills, either...

Him lashing out at her like that was illogical, still.

Yes as all japanese media have taught me, if something goes badly, no matter the reason, start apologising over and over and over but make sure you NEVER explain anything about what went badly or why you are apologising...

Also no matter how big a brain fart you have, you wouldn't shout like that right? Seems like maybe he never loved her that much in the first place.

Jesas, how could 1 guy fucked up this badly. I literally can't compute his line of thoughts
Look, the person he loves kinda denied his efforts of ~7 years, which is like half of his life at this point. Sure, she didn't do it consciously and it's just something he decided to do on his own, but it's normal to get frustrated and angry and to try to get back at the one who hurt you in the moment. Especially since he's still a ~13 years old brat (and people fairly older than that do stuff like that IRL).

just so you guys know, they're kids. no need to get so worked up.
"Its not real so don't have an opinion"
"Its a work of fiction don't allow it to do what art is supposed to do and allow it to touch your emotions"

Why does it seem like everyone is trying to say young kids shouldn't have even a modicum of emotional intelligence? Like, at most this should've been an awkward moment or whatever but for him to suddenly declare that he hates her the most after literally being with her since childhood protecting her sometimes and going through all that effort to improve for her? Like, yeah, the sudden shift will be scrutinized.
