Yeah, she always win. But cause she always lay the foundations of her victories first. Until now she always appeared to others as just a child, leading them to underestimate her. This has been a major advantage for her.
This is not a Mary Sue trait. Cause Mary Sues just win for being the protagonists. And yeah, she only need a good sleep cause is a world where healing magic and potions exist. Everyone who survive a battle only need to drink a potion and they are good to go. This has nothing to do with Mary-Sueing.
Also... and this is one of the things people tend to forget, a Mary Sue is not just competent and/or talented. Is not a Mary Sue simply cause things are easy, and for Aria that ended half dead multiple times clearly are not.
A Mary Sue is mainly an idealized self insertion of the writer. A character that is created to self inflate the ego of her creator. A "super me" (not men, "me" as i) made to be the coolest and most awe inspiring thing in that world. A wish fullfillement character.
And while Aria is certainly the coolest kid of the mangaverse i really cannot see her as just the writer of this novel/manga self inserting onto her to have all this fictional world suck his/her dick. If anything, considering the premise of this manga and that old woman that tried to live through her, she is an anti-Sue. A direct attack to this kind of self insertion.

The name Mary Sue come from the protagonist of a star trek fanfiction. And she was an idealized self insertion of the writer. The embodiment of her horny fantasies (she banged all the main characters) beautiful, admired, and overachieving.
Well, there is certainly another thing that a Mary Sue certainly is not: a character being good at something. Especially if is a something that the character in question dedicated everything to. A mary Sue shit out talents out of her ass. She can draw better than a painter without having taken a single lesson. She can cook like a professional chef despite only having cooked fried eggs all of her life...
We have seen Aria being very good only in the one thing we have seen dedicating all of herself to perfect. And that's perfectly fine.
