I genuinely need to know, does things turn around or is this just gonna be pure NTR all the way, cause...why? Is this supposed to be a reflection of reality? The nice guys get rejected and all?

I mean considering how pathetic hero guy is being, it's not really going to matter.
His skills and presumably stats aren't about to be taken away, and they don't appear to be witholding information or items from him. MC can take what he needs and keep trucking. He's going to go back home anyway, it's more valuable to see what he'll be able to take back with him.
The guy will get his karma. The question is if this manga would last up to that point because this has a long way to go.
Kinda disagree, if it's following the current story, I don't think it will last long enough for a remotely satisfying ending.
Premise is interesting, but it needs more to keep people reading than just "haha, he got NTR'd again". Like that one about the kid f'ing the hero's mom had more substance than this.

If the Hero was at least charismatic, then at least it would be understandable. Given how lame he acts, it seems like a skill could be reason.
That's just my guess ¯\(ツ)/¯. The synopsis (shared in the previous chapter's discussion as it's spoilery) says this isn't going to be the entire story.

I looked at the novel review on NovelUpdates and it looks like the hero will steal all the woman and achivements form MC wihle beeing totaly useless
Turns out Hero has a hidden Skill where he can make the archievments of MC his own, even Written parts in the world , turns out he has a 2nd extrem skill where he can surpass the strongest in the world for a set amount of time (MC).

If you're talking about the hero kicked me out so I took his mom, that story is genius and has genuine plot with likable characters.
This one is just NTR enjoyment with a horrible bland hero and another guy who just kinda lets it all happen

Its the part that comes after the NTR usually. How the people will get their "revenge" either by getting a new better girl or living a happier life without the people who betrayed them. Maybe those same people become miserable without the MC and regret it. There's some satisfaction in that.
If you think that's weird check out some of the Yuri ones, those people are weird it's not porn and it's all drama and sometimes the FMC ends up worse lol. I remember a one shot that ends with one of the FMC crying as the other girl leaves their apartment to be with her new bf. Iirc that shit was highly rated cus it was sad.
