If you include the trope of the girl being hit on by some playboys, there's a ton of those. Almost every romance manga has that.

Which is weird because I’ve read a bunch of Mangas with the romance tag and there was almost nothing there, they usually add it at the first sign of blushing.

This has had more showing of affection than some 400 issue long manga’s, a really weird change unless they know something we don’t.
