People who hate NTR, if only stateside, have the tendency to label anything that makes them feel a certain way as NTR, regardless of whether it even proffers to fit that bill, because they tend to be oversensitive about the matter (and they're rewarded in their discussion groups for being histrionic over the acceptable targets-- I'm talking about past experiences, not really in this thread). People who enjoy "'this' in the story" are unlikely to only enjoy NTR.
It is just group sex, ahegao, and unusual pupils.
There doesn't need to be a new codified and named pattern. The term "netorare" was coined in the first place to concisely describe a distinct pattern that masses of people somehow had enthusiasm for. There doesn't appear to be any enthusiasm for the "punk girl gets a train ran on her by some guys in her clique after flipping off her younger stepbrother for being concerned for her wellbeing" sequence such that it needs to be isolated and given a singular name.
