The idea that her condition would just move to another place on her body if her hands gets "fixed" is so disturbing. It reminds me of those colon conditions which pull the same stunt. Chronic illnesses are no joke.

This made my day a whole lot better, I love this series so much and how much thought goes into it.
Thank you so much translating it :)))

If he lived somewhere cold it might help?
Idk maybe? They said US hospital can help him about aiding his condition and said the place is suitable for him because its cold there. His mother is also in the US so that's why.

Palm hyperhydrosis seriously got in the way of my love for both drawing and writing, but I never noticed that it was an issue until I got it checked in high school since any problem with hand stability could be a symptom of a heart disease. That's where I heard of the name for the disorder the first time.

I ended up talking about it a lot to the people around me as a primer, and thankfully nobody reacted with disgust. Since middle school, I've been using an extra sheet of tissue to pad my hand from the paper I write or draw on because my sweat got in the way of an exam once. I haven't had much problem with it otherwise, but it feels good to see it explored and represented in manga.

I also found that alcohol handwash helped with keeping the symptoms at bay for a good amount of time, so while washing frequently is bad for the skin, I try to do it at least once a day before starting my activities.

i have hyperhidrosis and it is not that serious... sometimes my school papers would get gross and wet yeah, but you can hide it most of the time.. it's one of the most inconsequential conditions to have and rarely effects my day-to-day

sometimes i get self-conscious about it.. as humans do, but that's about it.
it feels weird to have representation for this condition, but i am happy about it nonetheless

I play piano. My crush plays piano and is deaf. My crushes bully plays piano and is deaf. My crushes sister plays piano. My crushes cat is deaf. My crushes sisters sweaty friend plays piano. I will continue to add to this list as I’m sure the next piano enthusiast will have like hairy teeth or something

I really let my intrusive thoughts win that round. If I could do it over again I'd shitpost something that doesn't come off as quite so mean-spirited. Something like:

Damn, Rinne's a lucky girl. Self-lubricating tops are rare.
They're middle schoolers, let's not
