@JackofSpades261 He doesn't have a valid reason for it tho. In fact he has 2 extremely valid reasons not to be such a pussy. He doesn't need to be a gung ho alpha male but him being such a submissive coward all the time at the mere hint of conflict while he has 2 overpowered bodyguards who would never let anything happen to him just doesn't make any sense.

That first page caught me off guard. A sight of a slime trying to fly with slime wings, it's just outrageously cute. >ω<

"too much fried shit"

Y'all do remember this was a single man living alone from our current times yeah? He's not the greatest chef ever, of course he knows a ton of fried dishes, they're the easiest ones to prepare.

It is such a weird thing that people complain about MC being scare of literal monster. The wyvern is the size of dinosaur, can break stone wall, poisonous, and fast. The adventurers were scare of them. Da fuck you think an office worker gonna react to that. "But he got a Fenrir" that is a battle junkie and can't be everywhere at once, and doesn't remembered to slap the barrier on everytime. He did in fact almost die this chapter. "He should get use to the dangerous world by now" I want you to look up what happen to soldiers coming back from prolonged exposure to war and see how they are "used to it". Dangerous shit doesn't stop being scary, this is not your kirito power fantasy. You can learn to swallow your fear, but it does not goes away.

i wish there's more cooking stuff other than japanese food.... 😟
variety would be good but i imagine he wouldn't be familiar with it as much as a regular ex salary man unless his net grocery skill has a 'special' on diff ingredients (he did make neopolitan once tho that's basically a Japan-ified version of spaghetti tho it would be interesting if he met other chefs and traded recipes)
