For me, I always wonder, "why?" Gender swapping like this very rarely has a purpose.I wonder why the MC can just become the Real Girl .at least it have some Violet Evergarden vibe at least,i dont want to be rude but i just can take this Genderswap Thing anymore
The purpose is sales. The target demographic jerks off to women. While I'm sure Japan has more women that play video games they still suck at competitive games compared to dudes so it has to be a reincarnated dude. Also maybe the author just wants to be a chick. For me, I always wonder, "why?" Gender swapping like this very rarely has a purpose.
Even if it is troublesome in other ways, in Tanya it is done to make the main character feel weak. The majority of the time, it is somehow an excuse to sexually harass ladies, which is just ... \sigh
Well, I can say this at least, if the "it is popular, so it must be good" crutch of this is used it is a way to weed out the lesser stories. Don't think any of my top comics use gender swapping as a character trait. My "junk food" list is rife with them though... \sigh
WWII German style army as "heroes"
Enemy army is the "Sabbath Federation"
...I don't think I need to elaborate on how uncomfortable this name makes me (and yes, I know how crazy naming conventions get in manga)
Is more WW1 themed, given the long stalemate and repeating the same failed attacks over and over, and while Germany was certainly the villain of ww2 in ww1 neither side can really claim any sort of moral superiority, not that it stopped the victors from doing so.WWII German style army as "heroes"

I still question why she does not even wear long pants, just pantyhose with boots, on the battlefield. Even the head medic, who is a woman, wears long pants. Is this because she is still a kid?
