I really want to know what happened during the Miklagard travel that made Thorfin gain the respect of his new crew. But personal opinion... i understand why the author didn't make it, it would take years to draw that story, and i feel at some point of that arc things would drag out and the story could lose some of its luster.

This arc seems slow but knowing what happened in the real story opens certain possibilities of what may happen or not in this arc and things will get heated at the lowest
