Viz media manga being automatically put on my followed manga. [Not an issue]

I just saw a massive upload of manga that I never read on my feed and I'm confused to why. Even entries that didn't even exist before today were added to my feed like https://mangadex.org/title/81dffa06-0879-48cd-b640-916c202cfa9f/love-rush

Are you sure about that? People tend to confuse what is shown on the home page with what shows up in their updates feed.
Also having something in your library and having it show up in your update feed are two different toggles. See screenshot below

I'm 100% sure as the title didn't exist on the site before it was uploaded by viz media and I'm not following viz media.

The entry definitely existed, considering Love Rush has 5 year old chapters in Portuguese.

which is blocked as I only have english language selected, never saw that manga and its not even what I like to read

Most likely you added it for some reason and forgot about it. And now it just popped up because of recent upload.

I remember similiar situation when some "random" manga popped up in my feed. I was like "WTF IS THIS SHIT?!!!" But then after checking content I remember adding that series just for few panels in specific chapter
