@Glomoro Again, I have no problems with mistakes. They're accidents that happen. But to have an entire production chain with dedicated people who are expected to know about what they're being "employed" for (because that's what they are employed for in the first place) … There is only so much patience in the world, and I'm neither in the habit of being, nor under obligation to be, unconditionally and limitlessly generous in my diplomacy when it comes to receiving the results of negligence, ignorance, or whatever other conscious action or inaction lead to suchlike preventable garbage, and if you're more than willing to ruin the work of your fellow group mates, hypothetical or otherwise, and the reading experience for all of your readers (again, hypothetical or otherwise) just to spite one who decided not to take it up the arse, silently rolling their eyes, well, that's your prerogative, but again none I need to welcome unconditionally.
