Let's have fun making predictions :
They're going to challenge Itachi and the other girls to arm wrestling and they're going to overpower them with brute strength. Then they're going to make fun of them while eating their free pancakes while the girls are in pain.
StuCo Prez is going to get mad at them because she sees how Ushigome's group could manage what she couldn't (have a group working together to make great memories) and those punks are there to ruin everything. So she challenges them to armwrestling and destroys them.
The punks run away with their tails between their legs.
The next shift of girls come later and the StuCo Prez asks for another round of armwrestling for a free pancake and utterly loses to Kamogawa.

Ain't no way Prez is stronger than them. That would be bullshit
