I’m so worried this will go in the direction of the light novel. This story was absolutely cooking for the first portion…and then that last chapter came out and what the hell happened??!? This chapter was more on pace with the older chapters, but damn, I really REALLY hope the manga goes with a different plot from the ln.

The pacing was crazy last chapter. The previous chapter, we find the wives are all OP and stronger than the hero, and then all of a sudden the Dragonlords make them useless. Such a weird direction to take this in.

Honestly I was expecting Zect to be a coward when the going gets tough but I’m impressed he didn’t do that but of course there is no team coordination. Better work on that if you want to improve.
