Oh phew, I'm sure everyone agrees when I say I hate those promotional manga endings that only partially adapt a WN/LN.
That said, with only 11 chapters, I can't imagine it really delves into anything as much as it could have, particularly possible side stories such as the hooligan reincarnator or what the goddess is doing etc.

The only new girl that is introduced leaves after a few chapters except for some odd three-eyed elf that hurts herself every time she sees MC. The final couple chapters leave off with him using his "cuteness" to reform a man-eating lizard that ate its childhood friend. We never see the other guy's world or even a hint at it either, it's a real disappointment honestly.
