i think it makes it interesting commentary if they didn't loosely base it on a handful of ppl's existing anecdotes . or tried to be vague, imagine if they let too much spill in an author's note or so lol or just did it as they went along not fully deciding yet (but given 50 chapters i'd assume they'd know ten chapters in who they want it to be)
