I think it is the "Evolution" of Sex Maniac, because in the Novel, we are at Book 13, and he still doesn't have the "Superior" Sex Maniac.... (and the girls aren't pregnant....)

It's a curse if we talk about Michio and Roxanne. They should have at least 10 kids together, just the two of them. But they'll probably find a way at some point, I sincerely believe in this.
