Despite how crazy this manga usually is, the beginning of Chapter 4 where Aoi needed to transfer to a girl's school because of the fear of being around men, and the subsequent confusion over how that contradicts with the desire to be stronger which caused the change in the first place, is still among the best descriptions of a sudden gender change I've read in any manga.

This chapter is a good continuation of that.

Aw man this is some really nice fanTService. I'm glad Aoi is adjusting well and major credit to her for not denying the things she likes about the change. Self honesty is the mark of a hero. the average dude would need to remove a couple ribs to contort enough to do that, unless their penis was also more than 20cm in length. A surprisng amount of flexibility would be required for that, unless the guy wants to be physically uncomfortable the whole time from contorting to do it. And besides - the genital equivalent would be vagina and penis, not nipple and penis, I would think.

The only other analogy I can think of would be the equivalent of a guy tasting his own semen, but that also doesn't seem really "1:1" for the same reason as above about "genital equivalency".

So I guess I'd just say "generally no" - don't really think there's an analogous version for guys for this specific activity.

I noticed this too. We don't get a good look at Aoi, but you could assume she hid hers as well somehow. The existence of magical girls is common knowledge so chances are they're hiding their identity on purpose in order to avoid getting attacked at school. Miko was incognito as well; the girls would be easy targets at school.
