when the author is so traumatized by highschool she makes an entire 50+ chapter manga just to torture porn her bullies. sad.
idgaf about spoilers, what happened at the ending of the novel?
The police do exist???
Thank you, this comment made me look into buying the 2nd LN volume out of disbelief, which indirectly gave me an explanation for something that bothered me a couple years ago. There are some gaps regarding the characters’ motivations. The person giving the spoilers is kind of cryptic about it, but basically, everything that’s happening was orchestrated by Hanabi’s sister. Both Kirigaya raping and sex-trafficking Hanabi, and Nanao drugging and attempting to rape the MC (she tried, but his penis didn’t get hard).
As for why Hanabi’s sister would set up these heinous acts, even against her own sister, that’s where it gets foggy. She’s messed up in the head because of trauma related to their father. The spoiler source said their father didn’t rape Hanabi’s sister, but whatever he did caused her to develop a twisted love-hate relationship with Hanabi.
As for consequences… there are basically none for anyone. Hanabi’s sister just gets a warning that if she tries any more crap like that, they’ll tell their father. Nanao is fired, and that’s it. And Kirigaya will get beaten up by the MC at some point, but that’s the maximum punishment he’ll get.
Dude! Can you spoil about the daughter one? I only started skimming things before actually read it. And the only twist I found stupid was the reason why he was betrayed. Which is really stupid and I hope it wouldn't get lower.Thank you, this comment made me look into buying the 2nd LN volume out of disbelief, which indirectly gave me an explanation for something that bothered me a couple years ago.
I remember reading the Adorable Daughter one for a while and thinking it had an interesting premise and okay writing. Then came plot twists and stuff that were increasingly implausible, stupid, and weirdly cruel, until I dropped it. Really similar experience to reading this. And now I also know the author's responsible for some real eyeroll sigh edgelord shit, that makes readers who know what they're signing up for ask, "Does it have to be so rapey, though?"
I decided not to buy it because nothing contradicted your spoiler and all the JP reviews on Bookwalker and Amazon average out to something like "This goes too far, the ending's unsatisfying, and I think the author is gross as a person."
My favorite amazon.co.jp review titles were "hito no songen sono mono o hitei suru," calling the book a literal rejection of human dignity, and one that marvels at the work's audacity of trying to pull off a tidy little "and now we're all square" ending after being so over-the-top disgusting.
Basically, it has a 3.5/5, which is the kind of score that's reserved for a light novel that runs over your dog and kills it in front of you.
Author's a woman, I believe, so... yeah...I can say that the author simply has a sick fetish to see woman suffer and get violated.

So I guess the manga just ends there...There are some gaps regarding the characters’ motivations. It's pretty clear from what we saw that she also forced him to strip. So along with being mildly embarrassing it's also kind of pornographic. So she's selling herself not to stop people seeing him wetting himself, but to keep what amounts to CP of him from being spread across the net.Author really trying her best to sell this as some sort of suspenseful thriller, making sure everyone acting as retarded as possible to prolong it. The moment you think it can't get any worse, it does. Fascinating. Reminder that all of this happened because dude has a video of him pissing himself when he was like 8 and his ex forced into literal prostitution because of it. And i'm pretty sure nobody will be punished at the end of this.
He's crying and ends up peeing his pants and then is told to strip out of his soiled clothes which we see he does. Hanabi (the girl being blackmailed) is the one who recorded it.Remind me again, wasn't the leverage is just mc stupid childhood video where he cried? How is this gonna get him into police trouble? Am I missing something or the plot become dumb?
Jfc this sounds like even more garbage than I was imagining..There are some gaps regarding the characters’ motivations. Idk why but I think the author trying so hard to make this manga get anime adaptation, that's why this whole thing get dragged out too far even after the confession between MMC and FMC. Like literally in this arc alone we get 3 different story arc that get compact in one single arc and the story in this arc specifically feels more jumpy and all over the place. Like a few chapter ago we dealing with his ex-girlfriend best friend conflict, and then she got trapped by his co-worker, and now we getting about his ex-girlfriend get blackmail. It's so all over the place and not consistent, the author want to milk this manga but get overwhelmed by the story itself.
