I think this is from the final volume, and that volume was published December 2021. so yeah it either no more volume or there is long hiatus.
also the tag is about the status of the series not about the status of the translation.

Completed means the manga in japanese is completed not translation. ALso with where we are means a decent chance it was axed or we are gonna get "Now read the LN for the rest of the story"

According to the information on the title page here on MD, there's 8 volumes with 46 chapters, meaning there's 2 more volumes still.
It probably finishes this arc and then teases whatever's going to happen next in the LN or something.

I've already translated all the available chapters ( up to chapter 46) which is the last chapter.
It's just I haven't upload it yet.
Chapter 37 is scheduled to be uploaded on March 25. If not hastened by anyone.
