Both of these two badly need therapy. With the Slutty Girl or Pedo Female Teacher situations people joke about "lucky guy" or "it should have been me", but those situations at a young age leave scars and can make it really hard to form normal relationships for the rest of your life.

In the beginning our MC wanted to NOT be a sex friend but a boyfriend and failed. That broke him a bit. Any guy (without a fetish) is going to be mentally damaged by knowing the girl he loves is having sex with another guy, especially more than one. It is painful enough in a normal situation where she just loves someone else. In this situation it's even worse because they are doing BF/GF things together (along with the sex) and she even made and feed him a bento. That would really fuck with his head.

He loves her but it's "Sorry, I'm already fucking someone else today so I'll pencil you in for tomorrow." Open Relationships can only work if both partners go into it fully wanting and agreeing to it, and even then they mostly don't. Being in an OR when you don't want it that way would be hell.

Some day FMC's going to want to settle down but most guys care about body count. The best thing that she could do for her future is to let MC "fix" her right now and become exclusive with him. She's unlikely to find someone who will treat her as well as he will after they find out about her past. If hidden it will always come to light at some point even if it's 20 years later. When it does it could destroy the relationship because to her it's "ancient history" but when the guy finds out about it to him it "just now happened".
