I get the author submitted to the horny but this felt like a what if chapter or something. I've seen other manga get retconned like One Punch Man has many redraws & changes which were for the better. It seems to be canon, he reseted the timeline just for the threesome, as said in the start of the chapter (which was a separate thing in the raws as a notice for the readers), he'll be remaking the recent chapters so things might change
