Its a dungeon, people that going to explore a dungeon arent going to just kill the only source of logging in the entire island, also if they are adventurers that likely means a guild and so certain behavior is expected from then, bandits and pirates wouldnt be exploring the dungeon either and even if they would prey of adventurers there will likely be some kind of permanent security around the island, not to say adventurers tend to have the ability to defend themselves making a poor target for pirates and bandits.

She didn’t beat Cecily. She survived the attack because Cecily thought she was dead and she tracked down MC.

When MC takes away the knife he gives a chance to press X to stab in the heart and end this but nope he did like every other piss-ass harem MC and that let others kill her and save his life

Many ways back chapter one of MC's abilities upgrade is Weapon and military production. But MC picked the repair ability instead. The max upgrade allows him to create any weapon he desires.

Repair actually has the instant effect of putting the target into pocket dimension.
Weapon production wouldn't have helped since production would likely take minutes if not hours. A max-level bread production takes nearly a minute. No way a weapon would be anywhere close.
