Not a great way out story-wise, but better than the MC breaking the rules of his own power to manifest a dumb OP attack skill.

And I'm waiting for the next chapter before deciding that's a Deus Ex.
It would make sense if she was referred by a character who already knows the MC.
If she really came to the island at random, then we can classify her as a Deus Ex and I'll join you into criticizing the author.
