Yeah, for some reason it didn't click for me that he sent her to get the scythe. i thought she used up her power/remaining body to send Raoul on his way or something, but now it makes sense.

Her being such a huge M just feels strange without some backstory, considering she's the one enabling his revenge spree.

My guess is he somehow forced her into this. Maybe he outsmarted her, they made a deal, in which she thought to hold the upper hand, but instead it turned her into this mess. It's just a theory though. If true it must be revealed at some point. About that I'm very positive.

Also I believe he inserted her heart back into her. For now. (With it healling back in place, yaddayadda, I'm not an expert for metaphysiology of transmundane celestials/infernals.)

No he placed her heart back inside, he just severely weakened her. But for staying by his side and assisting him, either hes not going to kill her or hes going to do so in a more magnificent way fitting of her

Whenever you have a bastard protagonist it seems mandatory to make everyone else at least twice as evil to compensate. Unless it's comedy. But this is just edge lord, and those have delicate feelings who can't be painted as more evil than their opponents, no matter how edgy they are.
