So... why did mc decide to not give her that vital piece of intel, while telling the spy he had no need to give it in person as she would do it for him? Is mc a doubleagent?
Also, if he can read minds, then I take it it's safe to assume she knows mc can't see the future, but rather only a single scenario of the future as it would be if she didn't exist and lapis had a stronk beast?
If the information Vino provided was important enough, I think it would have it's own chapter, i.e. something really grim that would drastically turn the atmosphere of everything (which this chapter doesn't deserve)--since Natori's conflicting feeling is the highlight rn. Otherwise, I would like to think that it's implied that she told her anyway. After all, Natori was aware that Vino wouldn't really do anything to harm anyone--so i hope its something light.
I'm thinking he could only read a what a person is thinking right at that moment, that's why he only saw Natori thinking abt how he's cute. So if Natori was thinking about "I can't actually see the future" right at that moment, Vino would be able to read it. But since she wasn't, 'maid outfit' was the only thing he could read.
Anyhow, I love this chapter. What with Vino saying that Lapis is willing to sacrifice everything to achieve her goal, I feel like it would eventually wind up to Lapis finding something(or someone) that she would not be able to sacrifice (Natori!), and it would be a choice between fulfilling her goals or keeping Natori safe.
