There are two ways to break that meeting: (one) is to have a person make all the work ( Nihama did ), and (two) is to consult the class adviser aka the teacher ( there is one class my HS where they had the teacher present ). Since the teacher here is so passive and almost non-existent, the only choice is (one).

To be honest, in situations like these, it should be the adults that would give options to the students so that asses like those three will shut up.
