Well, it's not as good as steel, but if you can shape it and sharpen it properly (which is the hard part) it's not bad. And as far as stone tools go, it's one of the more appropriate, since the blade is relatively compact compared to other bladed tools. Hammers also work, as long as you don't hit other stone or metal too much, since then they can chip or crack.

Can anyone more qualified tell me if on page 7 is the crafter standing on the ores or did the author fuck up copy pasting the ore containers and pasted one row too many and overlapped the crafter?
the panel is screwing with me and I've seen too many serious fuckups with 3D models pasted into manga and manhua to give too much benefit of doubt to the author.
Sometimes it's clear when authors aren't too good at sizing or distancing things when moving 3D to 2D, I've seen backwards doors, gates with wrong proportions, gates that were one model and the author just cut it in two but fucked up where they cut it, Etc.
