Have they explained how Dungeons are created in this world? It's feel like it would be wild for a dungeon to crop up mere days after another one.

The labirynths are basically like extra dimensionnal living beings in this verse feeding on the people dying inside (if no one goes inside the monsters start to come outside and hunt people). I don't think it's explained how exactly they propagate, but once a new labirynth has around 50 floors it opens up it's entrance somewhere, and, unless someone gets to the highest floor and defeats the boss there - killing given labirynth, it will grow further and furhter thanks to the people it eats.

All this is why the subjugation of the labirynths, well mostly maintenance, as it's hard to right away find someone to send to the last floor, is main 'job' of the local lords, and someone overlooking this might even lose their noble title. On the other hand someone defeating one can earn a title for themselves, and even oficially be given surrounding teritory by the emperor, if it was inhabitable because of the monsters.

if i not remember it wrong next one should be Dragonoid or something like this, the elf after this one, well you also can watch the anime but that one kinda more fast paced compared to Manga who follow the LN pace(and the manga already quite fast mind you)

Next are catgirl, Miria, then dragonoid, Vesta, and last elf, Rutina (Lutina?) . According to the novel and wiki, anyway.

And yeah, I started reading the novel and the pace is not slow, but glacial most of the time. Good lord.
