No, the MC's intellect is average.
The problem is that the author's intellect is 002.
He simply cannot come up with valid plotline if he were to make the MC recognize that he is actually at least level 1002 or higher in magic.
So the author brute-forces his way through by forbiding the MC to realize his real power.
The MC himself is probably screaming behind the scenes: "You sh*tty author, how bad are you to believe you can keep this sh*t up as if I had not realize my real power long ago?!"

Getting sick of this "got no magic by measurement" bullshit. When he sees the magic power of the wolf he can see how high it it and he could beat her and do more than her. It is obvious his magic is far hig her than that which can be currently read. Not even a retard couldn't notice that.

He not lvl 2 if that were the case his stat would read 2/2 but in the world he in can only read up to 99/99 before they think you useless.ex some on who’s 100/100 wound read as 00/00 he’s beyond what he can read 002/002 he’s 1002/1002
In his world stat readers can only up to lvl 99 they use two digit system
MC stat reader can see up to lvl 999 but the fact he see 002 mean he higher then even he can see because the lowest 3 digit number is 100
The mc lvl is in the four digits range
1-9 is the single digit range 10-99 is the double digit range the 100-999 is triple digit range 1000-9999 four digit range

Ari_yo no his lvl is in or beyond the 4 digit that why we see 002 if his max was only 999 then he would be a lvl 2. He way of reading stat lvls top out at 999 but he himself is beyond that. Sorry using a cell phone to type.

It's interesting that the prince's max level is higher than MC's own adoptive parents. Maybe there would be few redemption chapters coming up? He has relatively high potential for a non-mage.
