@GalladeGuy it actually is based on irl martial Arts. Its normally a type of atack focusing on for lack of knowing the actual term wave force (technicaly by sending shock waves into your opponent normally to rupture organs like breaking a glass with sound bit instead the glass is your organs and instead of sound your using the shock wave of an atack that still technically is sound but thats besides the point) though most if the time it requires direct body contact the unless technic is spasificly an anti-armor one but even then it wont work to well on loose armor

If your asking for a martial art that uses this in particular mostly tai chi, some forms of kung fu, some forms of karate, summo, and boxing

(Even though I should probably say schools instead of forms now a days most of the schools are compounded into one for sport and several forms and technics where banned for there lethality)
