Sure transwomen can't ever be biological women, but that doesn't mean the best they can hope for is "something like a woman." Modern hormones and surgeries can do amazing things to help transwomen pass. And one's capacity to pass shouldn't be how we define whether someone is or isn't a woman anyway. Womanhood is not an unattainable birthright, and it's not a beauty pageant; it's a lived experience. And even if transwomen experience a nonstandard version of womanhood, it is still womanhood.
I hope no actual transwomen/eggs read this shitty chapter. If they do then I encourage them to watch Contrapoints. You'll get a far more nuanced perspective on this subject.
