Theres no way its the Saintess or his Body, are we even reading the same series?? Chapter 1 we see Edelweiss in the crowd, and we JUST saw the Demons stroll up within seconds of the execution. You think she magically stopped crying and put on armor and was with the Demons?? Hell the Knight was standing next to the dead body, so that also makes no sense.

I believe its his trainer from chapter 8, Grado. Their design feels similar.
