Why do they have the same name? Usually when the demons are one family, their names are similar/ having a theme (Andro M. Jazz and Andro M. Rock) (This doesn't applies to Kalego sensei and Narnia), but these two have the exact same name?? Or in the raw their names actually have some difference?

We've seen her from the Kelego Gaiden and learned that, like Kalego's family, Dali's family is eternally tied to Babyls and that every generation has worked there but for the Dali's they all have the same name but different titles we don't know what the current ones is but the one here was the Graceful Dali.

I went back to the first chapters and i see only a faceless woman with longer hair as Iruma's mother...
And there is also still a theory that he could be adopted too.

Again until we have not explicit stated, that she is not related to him, it is all a THEORY.
That is the fun part to read something, making theories with the information you have.

Except we've seen in the anime that they have the same hair color and their designs show clearly that they're his biological parents.

That lady Dali also look like Iruma. XD
I think it’s just a case of mangaka drawing accidentally starting drawing many characters to look like the one they are most used to draw, like Detective Conan, and Shinichi having a dozen of lookalike (even having it mentioned by other characters, or causing confusion, with even the girlfriends mixing them up.)
