oh NO SHES HOT
could you go back a chap and translate ch 62? That one is a messYeah haha, sorry about that!
FKU hasn't updated in 5 months, so I assume they're done with the series and the other translators are pretty irregular as well, so I figured it'd be fine,,
This is my very first time translating anything really and I mainly did this since I was in the mood for it. I roughly translate the chapters for myself when they release, so I just figured I'd share them
does she able to see the cursed dog or not, is my real question. Considering she's friend with grandma, i thought she did. But she act like she doesn't and instead talk about cat.Nah, she probably refer to a real cat, the one that was adopted in chapter 4, the one that was 'abandonned' in a cardbox, before her shop (shop owner explain that shiro loved to visit and sit in front of the shop).
And We know that the cat can play with the other cat spirit, so that cat probably was helped by the dog spirit, hence his abilitie to find anything.
I'm pretty sure she think that shiro died because she never see him cameback, when in reality, he was adopted.
Oh and romel probably always under the malignent influence of the old ghost guy, wonder who that guy was, but certainly a death god level threat.
Afaik there's nothing on 6 legged dog. But there is a curse that use dog by burying it up to its neck then starve it. But that curse appearance is severed dog head. So it's most likely just a random creature that stay in the shopDo the Japanese mythology nerds know anything about six-legged dogs? Is there some cultural context missing here, or is it just a random monster? It feels very different from the normal monsters portrayed in this series.
The Wikipedia article on Inugami has a period illustration depicting an Inugami as a long reptilian/dog thing, so I don't think their depiction as long dogs was an Atlus only phenomenon"Long dog yokai" makes me think of SMT's take on inugami, but the longness is their take on it and not part of folklore so it could be nothing. But SMT is very well-known and hugely influential so I really doubt the mangaka doesn't know about it.
Don't forget the fuck huge thing at the mountains, did we ever get an explanation on that ?Finally, Mitsue is back!
...
Soo, can we now finally start some form of supernatural training for Miko and Julia? Let's see, there's a very serious threat around in the form of "the sickle guy" that's likely responsible for almost killing Romm and is stalking Miko, then there's the weird thing that tried to enter Miko's house posing as Michiru's sister, and finally there's the old guy and his "men in black" lackeys whose intentions are still a mystery.
Shit is getting serious and Miko is still almost clueless about the ghosts and their intentions
Not yet. At least not for now, but I'm gonna bet my money that it is some kind of deity similar to the Shrine god, probably even more poweful than all of the previous ghosts that we have seen. For the time being, I think the author wanna focus on the sickle guy(grim reaper) first.Don't forget the fuck huge thing at the mountains, did we ever get an explanation on that ?
The mountain sized thing near the end of chapter 39
i don't think she is able to see the ghost, and i supose that mitsue have seen a "shiro", and my suposition is that the cat brought with him the spirit dog in the shop or was able to interact with a bound spirit dog, like what happen with the spirit in the cardbox in chapter 4, when he was adopted, the spirit dog stay in the shop, and shopowner, when shiro disapear, asked mitsue if the cat died, if i remember the "true sight" of mitsue is not very good to begin with, and i will not be surprised if mitsue mistaken the dog spirit with the cat, hence the mistunderstanding.does she able to see the cursed dog or not, is my real question. Considering she's friend with grandma, i thought she did. But she act like she doesn't and instead talk about cat.
