I have my doubts that they had good intentions. They were trying to put him down by comparing him to his mom and that he was spoiled even though they saw how hard he was trying. My take is that they were just jealous and didn’t want to share the spotlight.

I would say the sisters disliked everyone. They were arrogant and felt like they needed no one else in their lives. They felt everyone else was beneath them.

For a possible conflict we may also get that they may want to have Yuu for themselves after seeing him being good as manager. My few ideas:
1) Twins are just straight up boring evil assholes - I hopw we won't get it
2) They had mix of being annoyed at Yuu as children (because he is not even good and gets casting from nepotism), as well as thinking he is not at fault for not having talent and being pushed here so they harassed him to save him face - I kinda like it
3) They were annoyed assholes, but now when they will look closer at how hard he works and after finding about his situation they will want to have a contact with him or even get him for themselves - it may give us the most action and tension between twins and sisters
