So I'm guessing the manga is doing its own thing? Because the story seems to be going a different path then what I've heard happened in the LN.

I don't see her thinking of Bruce first a bad thing like so many others seem to. I think she was thinking of both of them, but then realized that she hasn't seen her actual family who was with her from the begining in a while, let alone even thought about him. It doesn't matter if Bruce isn't human, he's still family. Yet, she neglected and forgot about him, something she only now has come to terms with. That is the actual point of her focus on Bruce.

I did not expect the second prince and his mother's downfall to happen so quick. Hera is on indefinite house arrest. Her son is demoted to knight. Their faction is ruined until he manages to make a name for himself, but that's probably gonna take a while, if at all. I guess at least this outcome means nobody dies, and Serena doesn't have to kill any of them.

Blind to any and all feedback while absorbed in her own little world, coddled by an enabler of a stepmother who spoiled her rotten. There's no way Rosemary would've figured out why any of this happened to her.

I wonder what she'll choose? She probably gets to keep her family name if she chooses the convent, but she becomes completely disowned if she chooses returning to commoner life (but she'll be freer than being a nun). Status, or freedom?

I don't think Serena will be dealing with these three for a while.
