Pre-downtime PayPal donation not credited?

Hi MD admins,

I donated 20 USD through PayPal on 20 Dec 2019 around 0700 UTC. This was around 1-2 weeks before the servers were taken down, and MD has now transitioned away from PayPal. Previously, MD accounts were to be credited at the end of each month. It has now been two credit periods since my donation, and my MD account has not been credited.

Will donations be credited to our MD accounts for previous PayPal transactions? If not, I will start a dispute with PayPal and donate again with bitcoins.
