Like, it would need to have the absolute worst rock BOTTOM popularity.

This manga is not exactly making a splash, and we need numbers for the first vol first, but at the very least on the publisher, there's a clear interest, so it wouldn't surprise me if we have it for a while. (Tho it also wouldn't surprise me if it last like, 2 to 3 vols)

Seems like it’s never fully explained what the Hero’s (Ryuguin) power exactly is.; Best guess I got it’s memory manipulation and some mild mind control tied to affection towards main character (Ichiro). For example, Saint (Mika) in later chapter described hearing Ryuguin’s orders dulled her thoughts and gave her a high happy feeling. Prior to Ryuguin’s manipulation, she was in process of opening up her repressed emotions to Ichiro.

And “true heroine” for Ichiro is the green eyed, silver haired girl featured in raw free chapter, episode 0.

The hero is always having s*x with any new heroine the MC is getting close to. He (the hero) has two hidden cheat skills. One of which lets him be stronger than the "strongest person he faces" so no matter how strong the MC becomes, the hero will always be stronger against him. The other skill allows him to snatch all the achievements the MC gets via mind control on the heroines. So this is why the heroines believe the hero did all the stuff MC did.

Plus there is not some big revenge per se. The hero doesn't die or anything in the end. He did whatever he wanted, f*cked all the girls and took all the credits. All he gets is to do good deeds as "punishment"... yeah that's his "punshment".

Oh and MC ends up with some girl nobody really cares about iirc, sure she's strong af but whatever. Bro no the only thing you got right was the 2nd thing in that he has two hidden skills but you got the skills partially wrong.

He just becomes as strong as the strongest person he knows. Yamada is easily able to beat him from difference in other factors like stamina and experience. It could be he gains the strength of the strongest on top of his own but he's so weak it didn't matte. It's also not just mind control he was never able to make people do what he wanted iirc, it's memory altering and I guess mind altering but it only ever worked on the girls to some extent. He never has sex with the princess or sword saint. He was gone before he could do the princess and the sword saint joined his harem when they got the curse put on them plus the hero didn't like her body. Dunno about the mage and saint they probably did. The hero does get punishment like he is tricked in sleeping with rotten prostitutes and is never allowed to touch other women because they keep changing the same women's appearance. He also is going to be killed. He's just a slave eunich by the end. The two girls he ends up with were able to resist the hero's powers and spent just as much time with the MC as the other girls if not more. Pretty sure sword saint is also still in the running and I think that's fine since she also resisted the hero somewhat but that's because of the sword.
