There is a difference between hating someone and saying they did something dumb. Sure it is a stressful, horrible time going through a cheating situation. However, she DID make a mistake and had to be bailed out.
A lot of the frustration against Mahoro in this chapter particularly is due to it feeling like none of her actions mattering in the end.

It's one thing to be impulsive under stress, but another to have hours and days to plan, with confidantes, and still be this bad at it. She would have nothing right now if Itsuki hadn't had the ace in the hole.
