it's really understandable of the author here for making Mitsumi's little sister thanked her sister for the wallet instead of apologizing. in her case, the teenager phase can be really complicated since she couldn't say out loud her feelings even though she realizes her mistakes mainly because of the high ego, so i really like the way their problems solved.

I think I read Fumi's comment totally different than others here, for me it seemed like she was dissing Mitsumi behind her back saying she's not good at anything besides studying? But everyone's comments here made me think I misread the subtext.

She's saying he was silly for just accepting Mitsu's understanding of his own feelings as the truth, after all Mitsu's no expert at feelings, she only an expert at studying. It's more a veiled diss of him for being dumb and allowing others to dictate to him his own feelings
